- What is the login URL for logging in to the timesheet portal?

- How will I receive my login credentials for the billing portal/to submit my hours?
Your login credentials will be sent in a separate email directly from the system. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

Yes – if a school requires billing logs, the billing log must be uploaded as an attachment within the timecard before it can be submitted; if a school does not require billing logs, no attachment is needed and timecards can be submitted as usual. A quick tutorial is available here. - Can I attach billing logs in any format?
Yes. We accept billing logs in PDF, Excel, Word, or JPEG formats. - Do I need to enter my time daily?While the system allows you to enter multiple days on a single timecard, entering your hours daily is the best practice. This approach ensures accurate reporting and helps streamline billing and payroll processing.
- I work for K12 – do I need to complete a timesheet?
No. As long as your time is recorded in the appropriate system, you do not need to submit a separate timesheet.
Payroll & Paystubs
- Do I need to update my direct deposit if I’ve submitted it before?
Yes. We’re moving to a new payroll platform that requires all providers to submit their direct deposit information through the updated system. To ensure uninterrupted payments, please complete the update as soon as possible. - Where can I find the pay calendar for the upcoming school year?
The pay calendar for the 2025-26 school year can be found here. - How do I know which school the abbreviation on my pay stub refers to?
Provider pay stubs include a school abbreviation in the Company Name field.
If you’re unsure which school the abbreviation refers to, please reference this abbreviation list. - What payroll platform does Therapy Source use? Therapy Source uses iSolved, a secure, cloud-based payroll platform designed to provide fast, easy, and transparent access to your pay information.
- What is the login URL for iSolved?
Log in to iSolved here. - How do I access iSolved?
You’ll receive an email from employdrive@myisolved.com with your username and setup instructions. - Is there a time limit to activate my account?
Yes. For security purposes, the setup link expires 24 hours after the email is sent. - Where can I find my 1099 or paystubs?
You can download both your 1099 and paystubs directly from iSolved.
