Account Manager

About this role:

The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of client account management, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue streams.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, account retention and/or horizontal growth
  • Meet established workforce metrics
  • Implement a client touch system
  • Assist with day to day client and therapists interactions
  • Fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Negotiate contract terms and rates with therapists
  • Manage/Coordinate the process for online therapy sessions
  • Follow-up on therapist contracts & return of contracts (24-hour turnaround)
  • Oversee billing and invoice issues
  • Attend industry conferences as needed

What you’ll need:

  • 5 + years’ experience in recruiting and/or sales
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare a plus
  • Ability to multitask & be detailed oriented
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Motivated by results and financial opportunity

Talent Acquisition Specialist

About this role:

We’re looking for high-energy, personable individuals to add to our recruitment team! Our Talent Acquisition Specialists source and recruit therapists for various assignments throughout the nation.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit Therapists via cold calls, e-mails, association lists, referrals, web search and marketing efforts
  • Thoroughly and accurately qualify therapists
  • Review resumes
  • Refer qualified candidates to Sales Team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your own pool of therapists
  • Database management
  • Work efficiently and independently in a small team

What you’ll need:

  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast moving environment
  • Previous sales experience
  • Can-do attitude and task focused
  • Ability to multi-task & be detailed oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Business Development Manager

About this role:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business partnerships, and owning the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing the deal. The ideal candidate is a proven “hunter,” who thinks outside the box and will seek opportunities that complement our business and expertise.

What you’ll do:

  • Promote in-person and online therapy services to the educational market
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Dramatically penetrate underdeveloped accounts to grow revenue in region
  • Manage a geographic territory to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage and nurture client relationships
  • Visit clients and conduct presentations of TSI services

What you’ll need:

  • CAN-DO ATTITUDE & TEAM PLAYER
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or recruitment sector
  • Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare is a plus
  • Proven demonstration of intellect, self-motivation, and sales acumen
  • Detail-oriented and customer management sales approach
  • History of successful sales experience
  • Ability to multitask and act with a sense of urgency
  • Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of video conferencing
  • Demonstrated presentation skills

Credentialing Specialist

Therapy Source, a premier in-person and online therapy staffing provider is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team.

What is the purpose for the role?

To ensure and maintain current credentials of therapist on active assignments with Therapy Source. The Credentialing Specialist will also send and track therapist and client contracts.

What will you do at Therapy Source?

  • Send and track the status of therapist and client contracts.
  • Maintain and track credentials of all active therapist.
  • Maintain and update the Credential Report.
  • Verify documents submitted by therapists.
  • Follow-up with therapist regarding outstanding credentials via email and phone.
  • Generate various reports.
  • Assist with internal audits.
  • Handle e-filing and data entry.
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
