Division Manager

About this role:

Therapy Source is seeking a Division Manager who can “hit the ground running” (both in-person and via phone). Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals. This position can be based out of our Plymouth Meeting, PA Headquarters, or from a home-based office.

Division Manager Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking the lead in new business development for a new territory
  • Generating revenue and gross margin to meet and exceed goals
  • Managing and motivating team to meet and exceed goals
  • Recruiting as needed to help fulfill a high volume of requested positions
  • Growing existing accounts by upselling additional services
  • Maintaining a proactive touch system with current clients and therapists
  • Managing daily staffing and recruitment activity for division
  • Producing reports to track and support growth to expectations
  • Monitoring account fluctuations and impact on future business

The ideal Division Manager candidate will have:

  • College degree
  • 5+ years in the staffing industry, with healthcare staffing experience (any sector) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new business
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geographic areas when required (approx. 15-20%)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Relationship Manager

Therapy Source – a premier national therapy staffing provider – is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee all aspects of client account management, maintain a high level of client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to grow revenue streams.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with relevant experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.

Relationship Manager Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, account retention and/or horizontal growth
  • Implementing and adhering to client touch system
  • Acting as the primary point of contact in day-to-day client and therapist interactions
  • Filling job orders in a timely manner
  • Assisting with therapist onboarding
  • Managing/coordinate\ing the process for implementing online therapy sessions
  • Overseeing billing and invoice issues
  • Attending industry conferences as needed

The ideal Relationship Manager candidate will have:

  • A college degree
  • 5+ years of experience in staffing/recruiting
  • Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated by results and financial opportunity
  • TEAM Player/self-motivated/strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Special Education and Healthcare industries a plus

Staffing Coordinator

Therapy Source – a premier national therapy staffing provider – is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to recruit therapists and present them to various school partners.

Staffing Coordinator responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously pipelining for future staffing needs
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and therapists to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell services to existing clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date notes and communications in company CRM

 

The ideal Staffing Coordinator candidate will have:

  • A college degree
  • 3+ years staffing industry experience
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency

Recruiter

Therapy Source – a premier national therapy staffing provider – is currently seeking Recruiters to join a growing sales division to fill open positions for our public and charter school partners. Recent grads are encouraged to apply.

Recruiter responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting therapists via outbound efforts including phone calls, e-mails, referrals, and internet-based tools
  • Maintaining up-to-date notes and communications in company CRM
  • Reviewing resumes and connecting with therapists and education professionals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships

The ideal Recruiter will have:

  • 1-2 years of related (sales, retail or restaurant) work experience
  • A college degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-moving, small team environment
  • Strong computer proficiency
