Sourcing Specialists/Talent Sourcers – Remote Available

About this role: We are seeking entry-level Sourcing Specialists/Talent Sourcers  to join a growing sales division to communicate with our network of therapists and fill open positions for our public and charter school partners. Recent grads are encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting therapists via outbound efforts including phone calls, e-mails, referrals, internet-based tools, and other creative methods
  • Maintaining up-to-date notes and communications in company CRM
  • Reviewing resumes and connecting with therapists and education professionals
  • Understanding the Special Education marketplace to speak intelligently with therapists and teachers
  • Develop relationships and trust with therapists and teacher prospects
  • Work directly with your division for guidance and instructions
  • Following KPIs

The ideal Sourcing Specialist/Talent Sourcer will have:

  • 1-2 years of related (sales, retail, or restaurant) work experience
  • A college degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-moving, small team environment
  • Strong computer proficiency
