Billing Supervisor

About this role:

Therapy Source – a premier national therapy staffing provider – is currently seeking a Billing Supervisor to take ownership of the organization’s billing and payroll functions. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone adept at juggling their own workload while managing and training several Billing Specialists, setting team priorities and timelines and providing general support for the Finance Department.

Billing Supervisor Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and overseeing billing and invoices
  • Monitoring accounts receivable
  • Making collection calls
  • Overseeing and assisting with daily functions and data entry needs
  • Documenting and streamlining processes and procedures
  • Maintaining strong working relationships both externally and internally
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Generating quantitative monthly reports
  • Overseeing critical deadlines

The ideal Billing Supervisor candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities

Compensation: $40.000-50,000 annual with bonus eligibility and a competitive benefits package.

Credentialing Specialist

About this role:

Therapy Source, Inc. – a premier national therapy staffing provider – is currently seeking a Credentialing Specialist. In this role, you will work within a small team environment, assisting our busy Credentialing Department to ensure that thorough, accurate and current compliance records are maintained.

Credentialing Specialist responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, executing and tracking contracts
  • Managing and updating records as they are received
  • Developing and maintaining relationships both externally and internally
  • Communicating both externally and internally regarding missing or expiring credentials
  • Approving assignments
  • Creating weekly reports
  • Working with various systems to ensure compliance
  • Data entry and report generation
  • Audit preparation
  • Electronic filing

A Successful Credentialing Specialist candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – business major a plus
  • 1-3 years administrative experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Compliance experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Special Education a plus

Billing Specialist

About this role:

We’re seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to add to our Finance Support team! Reliable transportation is a must (we are not accessible by public transportation).


  • Assist with the billing process for 1500 independent contractors (IC)
  • Verify IC monthly billing logs and timecards
  • Send out monthly invoices as directed
  • Make accounts receivable calls
  • Weekly accounts payable
  • General ledger journal entries
  • Other duties as assigned

Talent Acquisition Specialist

About this role:

We’re looking for high-energy, personable individuals to add to our recruitment team! Our Talent Acquisition Specialists source and recruit therapists for various assignments throughout the nation.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit Therapists via cold calls, e-mails, association lists, referrals, web search and marketing efforts
  • Thoroughly and accurately qualify therapists
  • Review resumes
  • Refer qualified candidates to Sales Team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your own pool of therapists
  • Database management
  • Work efficiently and independently in a small team

What you’ll need:

  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast moving environment
  • Previous sales experience
  • Can-do attitude and task focused
  • Ability to multi-task & be detailed oriented
