Division Managers – Remote Available

About this role: Division Managers require true leadership – they run their own division and are responsible for meeting and exceeding annual goals. We are seeking Division Managers who can “hit the ground running.” Our ideal candidates have significant experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, with a proven track record of business development and exceeding goals. Experience in educational or healthcare staffing is a big plus. Division Managers report directly to the National Director of Strategic Growth and keep their team following protocols and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in new business development
  • Grow existing accounts by upselling additional services
  • Maintain a proactive touch system with current clients and therapists
  • Generate revenue and gross margin to meet and exceed goals
  • Manage daily staffing and recruitment activity for division
  • Recruit as needed to help fulfill a high volume of requested positions
  • Produce reports to track and support growth to expectations
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong drive and a highly positive attitude
  • Understand the meaning of “A NO is actually a MAYBE”
  • A college degree (Bachelor’s Degree at minimum)
  • 5+ years in the staffing industry, with healthcare/educational staffing experience strongly preferre
  •  2-3 years management experience
  •  2-3 years of business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Account Managers/Junior Account Managers – Remote Available

About this role: We are seeking Account Managers and Junior Account Managers to handle “full-desk” recruiting responsibilities that include managing small – mid-sized client accounts, recruiting for open therapy positions, and over-communicating with your therapists and clients. This position can be on-site in our Plymouth Meeting, PA office, or fully remote (depending on your location.)

Account Managers/Junior Account Managers will be the primary liaison between their assigned accounts and the therapists placed at these accounts. Our ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced environment, has a demonstrated track record of generating revenue, and has at least 1-3 years of “full desk” recruiting experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and fill open positions in a timely manner [very fast fills]
  • Submit qualified therapists to clients and coordinate interviews
  • Coordinate therapist and placement details with assigned clients for Account Manager’s specific book of business
  • With guidance from Division Manager, negotiate client contracts and therapist rates
  • Manage daily client and therapist interactions
  • Accountable for meeting established workforce metrics
  • Handle multiple tasks and interface with internal and external customers
  • Following KPIs

The ideal Account Manager will have:

  • Strong drive and a highly positive attitude
  • A college degree
  • 1-3 years of “full desk” recruiting experience
  • Previous account management experience
  • Knowledge of Special Education and/or Healthcare industries is a plus
Sourcing Specialists/Talent Sourcers – Remote Available

About this role: We are seeking entry-level Sourcing Specialists/Talent Sourcers  to join a growing sales division to communicate with our network of therapists and fill open positions for our public and charter school partners. Recent grads are encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting therapists via outbound efforts including phone calls, e-mails, referrals, internet-based tools, and other creative methods
  • Maintaining up-to-date notes and communications in company CRM
  • Reviewing resumes and connecting with therapists and education professionals
  • Understanding the Special Education marketplace to speak intelligently with therapists and teachers
  • Develop relationships and trust with therapists and teacher prospects
  • Work directly with your division for guidance and instructions
  • Following KPIs

The ideal Sourcing Specialist/Talent Sourcer will have:

  • 1-2 years of related (sales, retail, or restaurant) work experience
  • A college degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-moving, small team environment
  • Strong computer proficiency
