Plymouth Meeting, PA — September 4, 2025 — Therapy Source, Inc., one of the largest independently held school therapy companies in the country, is proud to announce two pivotal leadership appointments that will strengthen its growth strategy and reinforce its position as an industry leader.
Philip Puleo Promoted to President
Therapy Source, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Philip A. Puleo, M.S., CCC-SLP to President.
Since joining Therapy Source in 2017, Philip has held progressive leadership roles including Eastern Regional Director, National Director of Sales & Strategy, and most recently Vice President of Strategic Growth. In these roles, he directed multi-state sales divisions, built national business development strategies, and partnered with the CEO on long-term growth initiatives. His leadership was instrumental in achieving 14% company growth in 2025, with continued strong expansion projected for the 2025–26 school year.
Philip’s career spans more than 20 years in education and healthcare staffing, built on a foundation of deep clinical expertise. He began as a school-based speech-language pathologist in Fairfax County Public Schools before advancing to Director of Clinical Services and Vice President at Pediatric Therapeutic Services, Inc. There, he oversaw more than 300 therapists, consistently expanded services, and increased market share across multiple regions. In addition, he has maintained a successful private practice for more than a decade.
Philip earned both his Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed speech-language pathologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, and is a certified K–12 teacher in both states. His unique blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and revenue growth strategy positions him to drive Therapy Source into its next phase of success.
As President, Philip will:
✅ Strengthen partnerships with schools and districts nationwide
✅ Optimize operations for smarter, faster, and more efficient delivery
✅ Champion innovation through AI and advanced technologies
✅ Empower staff development to maximize impact in classrooms
✅ Expand market leadership in the special education staffing sector
