Q. What is Paycom used for?
A. Paycom is replacing ADP as your payroll processor.

Q. Will this change the way in which I do my billing?
A. No, you will still use the TSI Portal for billing.

Q. How do I update/submit my direct deposit information?

Q. If I don’t sign up for Paycom, will I still be paid?
A. Yes, you will be paid even if you don’t sign up. However: it is in your best interest to sign up for Paycom, as it gives you the empowerment to review your payments and the autonomy to make changes on your own.

Q. I’m being prompted to enter my Social Security number (SSN) – but this isn’t working. What do I do?
A. Use your Employer Identification Number (EIN) not your SSN. Your EIN can be found on your tax forms – is can also sometimes be referred to as a “TIN” which may be the case on tax-related documents.

Q. Does my birth date need to be changed?
A. No. Your birthdate is a default setting and does not need to be changed.
