About Philip
Philip joined Therapy Source in 2017, bringing a distinctive combination of executive leadership experience and hands-on clinical expertise as a school-based speech-language pathologist. After serving as Vice President of Strategic Growth, he assumed the role of President in September 2025, leading the organization’s strategic vision, operational performance, and long-term growth.
With deep knowledge of educational staffing and service delivery, Philip oversees company-wide operations, client partnerships, and clinician engagement. His clinical background informs recruitment standards, compliance practices, and service quality expectations, ensuring alignment with the realities of school-based environments. He is also deeply committed to mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Philip holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also holds K–12 teaching certification in Pennsylvania and a New Jersey School Specialist Certificate.
Fun Fact: Fore! Philip had a golfing scholarship in college.
