About Melissa
Melissa joined Therapy Source in 2011, bringing vast credentialing knowledge and experience across nursing, behavioral health, and allied health staffing. She leads the Credentialing Department, overseeing all compliance, documentation, and verification processes to ensure that every clinician meets state, federal, and district-specific requirements prior to and throughout service delivery.
Under her leadership, Therapy Source maintains a structured, technology-supported monitoring system that tracks licenses, certifications, and clearances to prevent lapses and ensure continuous compliance. Melissa’s oversight safeguards regulatory integrity, supports risk mitigation, and ensures that all providers are fully vetted and assignment-ready before entering a district.
Fun Fact: Melissa states that her “happy place” is Disney World – she loves the planning, the non-stop family time, and the entire atmosphere.
