About Beth
Beth brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing, operations, and client services. As Vice President of Strategic Growth, she leads initiatives focused on client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion while providing executive oversight for school-based staffing engagements nationwide.
In her role, Beth oversees recruitment strategy, credentialing compliance, onboarding processes, and ongoing clinician performance management in collaboration with Division Managers and operational leadership. She is responsible for driving operational alignment, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that service delivery meets performance expectations. Her experience managing large-scale workforce programs generating more than $250 million annually has equipped her to implement technology-enabled strategies that improve efficiency, increase fill rates, and enhance client engagement.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa.
Fun Fact: Beth has volunteered with Make-A-Wish as a wish granter and loves making a difference in the lives of children and families going through difficult times.
